Beetax continues to operate a work from home policy for all of its staff with best in class VPN security and encryption.

Staff are being protected through social distancing best practice as per government guidelines.

How customer service will be affected –
Most of our operations will continue uninterrupted, we will be answering Telephone calls, E-Mails, and operating video conferencing as per normal.
We will not hold face to face meetings until further notice.
We will accept documents via courier, these will be stored for 72hrs before being processed.

How long will the action will be taken for :-
We will review the situation regularly and revise our policy to suit the situation and relevant government guide lines.
